As a part of a broader set of updates for Dynamics 365 these days, Microsoft announced that two of its blended fact apps, Product Visualize and Remote Assist, will soon come to iOS and Android, respectively.
Product Visualize is an app designed to enhance the sales process for products that can be too huge or complex to hold around. Using augmented fact, the app overlays virtual variations of merchandise, at scale, at the real global using an iPhone or iPad’s digicam.
“Using Product Visualize, sellers can display products to clients without delay within their Dynamics 365 for Sales workflow, and spatial and configuration notes are all stored without delay inside the associated sales opportunity,” Microsoft says. Dynamics 365 Product Visualize will first be released in a preview for iOS devices.
Microsoft is preparing to release Dynamics 365 Remote Assist on the Android side of things, which has been used on HoloLens for numerous months. The app allows collaboration on complex duties, allowing workers to touch far-flung experts to troubleshoot troubles on a process website. Using combined truth, the remote professionals being contacted can overlay annotations and commands regardless of what the Android tool’s Digicam is seeing. The version of Remote Assist transport for Android will integrate organization calling and “deeper integration with Dynamics 365 for Field Service.” Like Product Visualize on iOS, Dynamics 365 Remote Assist for Android will first be released in a preview.
