Lamborghini has added the sexy new Aventador SVJ roadster at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. The SVJ, of course, stands for “SuperVeloce Jota,” a moniker bestowed upon Lambo’s superfast tune fashions of distinction, just like the Aventador SVJ coupe that currently holds the Nürburgring production-automobile lap record of 6: Forty-four. (It’s because we’ve been crowned via one kind of production vehicle, but we nevertheless side with the SVJ.) Ninety-seven.
The SVJ roadster joins the new Huracán Evo Spyder on Lamborghini’s Geneva display stand and packs an aspirated 6.5-liter V-12 engine with 759 horses and 531 lb-feet of torque. Only 800 examples may be provided globally, and costs start at $573,966 before a gas-guzzler tax is factored in—if you could come up with the money to compete with that many coins. The roadster’s carbon-fiber roof panels can be saved underneath the front hood and add about 110 kilos compared to the hardtop. The roadster’s rear window can be reduced to permit that sweet, candy V-12 to get admission to scream for your ears.
The automobile shown in Geneva sports a fabulous new matte bronze paint and white seats, although clients can pick from nearly 350 custom shades as properly. Like the coupe, it features Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva—Lamborghini’s active aerodynamics setup—and adaptive magnetorheological dampers. The anti-roll bars are stated to be 50 percent stiffer than those at the regular Aventador SV roadster.
A TFT digital dashboard can be trimmed in leather and Alcantara anywhere and in just about any color inside the cockpit capabilities. Place an order now, and you can anticipate looking for an Aventador SVJ roadster for your very personal storage in the summertime.
