Zurich North America has obtained full possession of Sea Pine Technologies – a corporation that specializes in “revolutionary digital applications” for the marketing of automobile safety products. The acquisition, which closed January 31, 2019, expands Zurich’s car finance and insurance skills, a launch stated.
